DAWN HOLDING COMPANY is a Project Funding and Project Management  Company with initial registration in Dallas, Texas.
Dawn Holding Company LLC (DHC) Its principal office is based in Dallas Texas, incorporated Sept 8th, 2012 to engage in all lawful business activities related to Project Management, Consultation and Constructions on Engineering Procurements and Construction Finance (EPCF) mode. DHC offers services from project concept to completion in a wide range of fields including; Architectural and Building Design Services, Highways, and Transportations, Water supply, Sewerage and Sanitation, Airports and Harbors, Irrigation and Drainage, Environment Management, Media as well as Hospital and Healthcare Facilities.  Road and Highways are sectors that DHC has had a major focus in the recent past.

Dawn Holding Company works with its own diversified multi-national Consortium and funds on EPCF mode on Guarantees.

We provide quality services working in association with relevant semi-skilled and unskilled local workers with our International Professional Consortium as an integrated party of Project Management, Project Consultancy Service and Constructions, including Preliminary Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Environmental Assessments, Developing Planning, Architectural and Structural Design, Construction Supervision and Technical Assistance.

DHC has staff strength of approximately 100+ full time personnel in our Consortium. The Staff includes highly qualified and motivated Engineers, Architects, Environmental Specialists, Economists, Sociologists, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Accountants, Corporate Administrators, Institutional Specialists and Support Staff, whose strengths can be drawn upon as and when necessary for project implementation.
